Every day six million containers are being transported on the great waterways of the world. NSB has a major share in this transport volume: From our site in Buxtehude we navigate a fleet of 99 container ships between 1,600 and 11,000 TEU, seven gas tankers and eight product tankers, managing 114 ship units altogether worldwide. The total shipping capacity reaches 6.1 million dwt with a container capacity of more than 442,000 TEU.
