NSB employs young nautical or technical watch keeping officers as additinal officers on a number of our ships. They are than able to take over more and more responsibilities on entering their new career, accompanied by suitably qualified enior officers. In particular, our programme "4.Nautical Watch Keeping Officer", which comprises two assignments, has been very successful over many years.
